Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: September 27, 2026Lasso Media does not sell personal information for money. We do share personal information for advertising, and this page is how you tell us to stop.
When you visit a landing page we host for one of our customers, advertising platform pixels on that page send information about your visit — device and browser identifiers, IP address, and whether you called or submitted a form — back to the advertising platform that showed you the ad. Those platforms may combine it with information they already hold and use it for their own advertising.
Under California law that counts as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Some other state laws call it “targeted advertising.” You don’t need an account with us to opt out, and you don’t have to tell us who you are.
1.Stop sharing from this browser
One moment.
What it does. Stores an opt-out preference in this browser. Our landing pages check for it and won’t load advertising pixels while it’s set.
What it doesn’t do. It only covers this browser on this device. If you use another browser, another device, or clear your cookies, set it again there. To opt out everywhere, use the form in section 3.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or an extension sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat that as a valid opt-out request on its own and you don’t need to do anything else here. Where we detect it, the panel above says so.
2.Call recordings are not part of this
We never share call recordings, transcripts or call summaries with advertising platforms, and we never use them for targeted advertising — so there is nothing to opt out of there.
If you called a business on one of our tracking numbers and want that recording deleted, that’s a different request. Use the form below, or email privacy@lasso.media with the phone number you called from and roughly when you called. Our Privacy Policy explains how recordings are handled.
3.Submit a request
Use the form below if you want to:
- opt out of sharing for advertising across all your devices, not just this browser;
- know what personal information we hold about you and who we disclosed it to;
- delete personal information we hold about you, including a call recording;
- correct personal information that’s wrong; or
- receive a portable copy of your information.
What we ask for, and why
| Field | Why |
|---|---|
| What you’re asking for | So we route it correctly |
| Your name | To respond to you |
| Your email address | To confirm and reply |
| Phone number you called from | Only needed if your request involves a call recording — it’s how we find it |
| State you live in | Different states give different rights; this tells us which apply |
| Whether you’re an authorized agent | Agents may act for someone else with proof of authorization |
We use what you give us only to handle your request. We don’t add it to a mailing list and we don’t share it.
4.What happens next
- We confirm we’ve received your request, usually within a few business days.
- We verify who you are, proportionate to what you’ve asked for. For a call recording that normally means confirming the phone number you called from. We may ask one or two follow-up questions. We never ask for a government ID, a card number, or a password.
- We complete the request and tell you what we did. We respond within 45 days, and may extend once where the law permits — if we do, we’ll tell you why before the first 45 days are up.
There is no charge, and we won’t treat you differently for asking. Using a privacy right never changes the service you get, the price you pay, or how we handle your calls.
If we say no. We’ll explain why, and you can appeal by replying to that response. We’ll answer the appeal within the period your state’s law allows, and tell you how to complain to your state Attorney General if you’re still unsatisfied.
5.Authorized agents
You can have someone submit a request on your behalf. We’ll need written proof that you’ve authorized them, and we may contact you directly to confirm it. California residents may also use a registered agent as permitted by the CCPA.
6.Your other privacy rights
This page covers opting out of sharing for advertising. Your full set of rights — access, deletion, correction, portability, limiting the use of sensitive information, and non-discrimination — is set out in our Privacy Policy, along with what we collect, who we share it with, and how long we keep it.
